On May 26, 2024, Mayu Hirano’s new work for voice and piano, based on a poem by Charles Baudelaire, was performed at the Château de Ville-d’Avray, France.
The performance featured soprano Inna Kalugina, in collaboration with the winners of the George Enescu International Competition.
About Inna Kalugina
Born in 1994 in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine, Inna Kalugina demonstrated from a young age a natural passion for singing and stage performance. She studied at the P. Tchaikovsky National Academy of Music in Kiev, graduating with honors in 2017 and obtaining her Master’s degree in 2019 under Irina Semenenko.
Her career highlights include the Grand Prix Opera and special prizes at the International Vocal Competition Georges Enescu (Paris, 2022), as well as 2nd prize at the Teatro Sperimentale Lirico di Spoleto. She has sung major roles such as La Contessa (Mozart, Le Nozze di Figaro), Iolanta (Tchaikovsky, Iolanta), Leonora (Verdi, Il Trovatore), and Pamina (Mozart, Die Zauberflöte), with appearances at the Lviv Opera, La Madeleine in Paris, and the National Romanian Opera of Cluj Napoca.
Kalugina has collaborated with renowned conductors and vocal coaches including Vladimir Chernov, Barbara Frittoli, Leo Nucci, Freddie de Tommaso, Richard Bonynge, and Annick Massis. She is currently a merit scholar at the École Normale de Musique de Paris Alfred Cortot, supported by Fondation Goélands and Denis & Malvina Menda.

インナ・カルギナについて
1994年ウクライナ・イヴァノ＝フランキウシク生まれ。幼少期から舞台と歌に強い情熱を持ち、キエフのチャイコフスキー国立音楽院で学び、2017年に最優秀の成績でオペラ科を卒業、2019年には修士号を取得しました。
これまでに、ジョルジェ・エネスコ国際声楽コンクール（2022, パリ）でグランプリおよび特別賞、スポレート実験歌劇場コンクール第2位などを受賞。主要な役柄には、伯爵夫人（モーツァルト《フィガロの結婚》）、イオランタ（チャイコフスキー《イオランタ》）、レオノーラ（ヴェルディ《イル・トロヴァトーレ》）、パミーナ（モーツァルト《魔笛》） などがあり、リヴィウ歌劇場、パリ・ラ・マドレーヌ聖堂、クルジュ＝ナポカ国立ルーマニア歌劇場などに出演しています。
また、ウラジーミル・チェルノフ、バルバラ・フリットリ、レオ・ヌッチ、フレディ・デ・トマソ、リチャード・ボニング、アニック・マシスといった名匠のもとで研鑽を積み、現在は パリ・アルフレッド・コルト音楽院の特待奨学生として学んでいます。
